Spencer Pratt: I Want to Intern for Ryan Seacrest

Spencer Pratt is hoping to start over -- as Ryan Seacrest's radio intern.

The 27-year-old Hills alum wrote an e-mail to Seacrest's talent booker, Amy Sugarman, asking for a five-week stint under the media mogul. "I'm trying to change my image and make myself more likable," he told her.

Pratt called into Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show Thursday to further explain his desire to change his public image.

"How do you go from being hated to even a little bit likable? It's about who you're around," Pratt said. "I've learned you need to be around likable people to even start to be likable. Who's the most likable person in America, if not the world? That would be Ryan Seacrest."

When Seacrest, 36, asked if the MTV bad boy had finally shaved his oft-mocked "flesh-colored beard," Pratt assured him that he's "completely shaved" and "clean-cut."

"I got a nice nine-month vacation living on the beach collecting sand dollars, and I really got to reflect and realize that in entertainment, you can definitely go too far," the former Hills star -- who once dropped $400,000 on healing crystals -- said. "I'm ready to start a whole new [chapter]."

As for wife Heidi Montag, 24? She's busy shooting a new reality show for VH1 with The Bachelor's Jake Pavelka, 33, and The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Danielle Staub, 48.

"She's up every morning at like 4:30. She starts her day with jump-roping while I'm still asleep, and then she heads off to film this new series for VH1 and she doesn't get back until at least 10 p.m.," Pratt told Seacrest. "I'm twiddling my thumbs all day like, 'I need to get a job.'"

Is Ryan Seacrest about to put a ring on it?

The DJ/host/producer stepped out last night for dinner with his gorgeous girlfriend of over a year, dancer turned actress Julianne Hough and Radar Online has the photos.

The couple were all smiles as they left Ago restaurant in Beverly Hills, and it’s not surprising as a source close to the situation told Radar Online exclusively that the two are “so in love it’s unreal.”

“I have never seen Ryan like this before,” the source continued. “I’ve seen him with past girlfriends and he has NEVER been like this with them.

“He is literally crazy for her, he absolutely dotes on her and just can’t do enough to make her happy and feel special.

“And he just never shuts up about her! He’s always praising her and talking about her, it’s so sweet.

“Marriage is definitely on the cards. We all thought he was going to propose Valentine’s weekend, but then he didn’t... typical Ryan! He wants to do things on his terms and wow everyone, he’s never one to be predictable!”

Paris Hilton's Plan To Wed Boyfriend Cy Waits

Love is in the air for Paris Hilton who has revealed her plans to marry boyfriend, Cy Waits.

"It's really serious and I'm so happy," she told Ryan Seacrest when asked how her relationship with her beau was going. "He is an incredible person and I'm so lucky. Things have never been better in my life. I'm in a great place."

And when the KIIS Fm radio host asked her if she thought Waits was going to propose, she said; "I'm sure. Yeah. We love each other very much so we will see what happens."

Hilton - who is celebrating her 30th birthday today - received a $375k Lexus LFA sports car from Waits for her big day.

But the reality star admits the yellow version wasn't the real one she will be driving around Beverly Hills.

"The yellow was a joke," she said. "At first he pulled up the yellow one and I was laughing, like, are you serious? Then they pulled up the white one which was the real one."

Hilton - who has been dating Waits since August 2010 - is currently filming her own reality show, The World According To Paris which is set to air on the Oxygen network.

Kaley Cuoco's Big Engagement Fake-Out

Kaley Cuoco made a big announcement on the red carpet at Sunday's Golden Globes: The Big Bang Theory star told Ryan Seacrest she was engaged – then she took it back.

After noticing a major sparkler on her ring finger, Seacrest asked the actress if she had any happy news to share.

"I'm engaged," Cuoco, 25, said, pausing as the E! host happily congratulated her. Then, she clarified: "I'd like you to know who I'm engaged to – Chopard, the jewelry designer."

So, why was the Golden Globes presenter wearing the ring on that finger?

"It's the only finger it fit," she said. "And I said, 'I have to wear it!' And [the jewelry designer] said, 'But you can't wear it on that finger.' And I said, 'Oh, I'm wearing it!' "

And what did Cuoco's musician boyfriend Christopher French make of her choice?

"He's like, 'Do you have to wear the ring?' " she said. "I'm like, 'Yeah, I do!' "

After a brief stint as a brunette, Julianne Hough is happy to be back to blonde. “It’s just [more] ‘Julianne’,” Hough told PEOPLE of the look, which she debuted at a Bulgari Save The Children benefit in Beverly Hills yesterday.

“The brown was for a movie so I’m back to being me.” The total transformation, however, has yet to be completed. “I just went blonde today, and there still needs [to be] some work done, so next week we’re doing that,” she explained.

Finding time may prove challenging for the triple threat, who just completed her second album and will attend the Golden Globes on Sunday, joining boyfriend Ryan Seacrest after he finishes hosting duties for E!’s Live From The Red Carpet.

And which hair color does Seacrest prefer on his girlfriend? Says Hough, “He likes the blonde for sure.”

Christina Aguilera Invites Pink On Play Dates

Now that Pink has announced her pregnancy, she and Christina Aguilera have a lot more in common than just being a couple of world-famous singers.

The two divas "bumped into" each other on the air Friday when they were scheduled to do back-to-back interviews with Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show.

With Aguilera about to sign off, Seacrest asked her to say hello to Pink on the other line, who noted Aguilera – mom to a 2-year-old boy, Max – could probably offer her some "mommy advice."

"Congratulations! I just heard the amazing news," Aguilera replied. "I'm so happy for you. Join the club."

"I feel like I really am joining a club," Pink said.

Aguilera, 29, then proceeded to interview her fellow singer – whose doctors believe is expecting a girl – about her pregnancy. "How are you feeling? Do you have morning sickness? How's it feeling for you?"

"No, unfortunately," Pink said as Seacrest stayed mum in the background. "I feel like if I had morning sickness I would have lost some weight. But I've kept everything down."

"It's good," Aguilera insisted. "You're eating for two now – use it while you can, right?"

Aguilera later suggested that they get their kids together down the line, saying "We have to have play dates." Pink chuckled at the suggestion, and Aguilera picked up on her hesitation – but Pink, 31, explained it wasn't personal.

"The reason I laughed is I was with these two girls last night who used to be best friends until their kids started fighting," Pink said. "It's pretty funny what that does to people."

Aguilera agreed friends can cross boundaries, saying, "Don't discipline my kid, thanks."

Added Pink, "What if your kid punches my kid? Then what happens?"

"Yeah, really messed up. And the moms start battling it out!" Aguilera said.

Julianne Hough Talks About BF Ryan Seacrest

How well is Julianne Hough and Ryan Seacrest's relationship going?

"I could not be happier," Hough, 22, tells PEOPLE of her beau – about whom she's been mostly mum. "Everything is wonderful."

"We are very compatible," Hough says of Seacrest, 35. The two have been linked since the summer.

Hough, who is currently promoting Burlesque and just wrapped a starring role in the remake of Footloose, says her busy schedule hasn't affected her romantic life.

"The things that matter most to me, you just make time for," she says.

As for all the attention surrounding her relationship with Seacrest, Hough says it did take some getting used to.

"People I have dated in the past, even though they have had a status of some sort, it was never like this," she says. "But when it's worth it, it's worth it."

Getting the stamp of approval from her family was also very important to the former Dancing with the Stars pro, whose brother Derek told PEOPLE in October that Seacrest "just fits right in with the family."

Says Julianne: "It's a good feeling."

Whitney Port: 'The City' Has Been Cancelled

Whitney Port and pals won't be living life in the big city anymore! The Hills alumna confirmed that MTV has axed her spinoff show The City.

"As of right now it doesn't really look like we're doing it anymore," the 25 year-old Whitney Eve fashion designer said on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show Monday. When asked if the reality series could move from MTV to another network, Whitney said, "No, at this point it's not."

But Whitney, ever the optimist, is handling the cancellation well. "I'm working on some other things," she said. "It's okay, one door closes and another opens."
